# 1 Who is Tom Demeter?

Tom is a living human being, "called" Rom.11:29, by our Heavenly Father and "chosen" Acts.10:41 to be a "witness" of God, and His government on earth. Tom Demeter is now, at the "End of the World" Mat.24:3 like Elijah and John the Baptist, whom God used to "reveal," and "restore" His truth Mat.17:11, the   "Mystery of God,"   given first to Apostle Paul Eph.3:3, but "hidden" again till the End of the World would come Rev.10:7. Tom Demeter is doing a part of God's "work" Acts.13:41 promised at the End of the World by Christ.

God is using Tom, to fulfill His promise to "reveal" Mat.10:28 all things, which were "hidden" by our Creator, Jesus our Christ Eph.3:9 at the End of the World. Tom is given to "reveal" the secrets of the   "mystery of iniquity"   2Thes.2:7 which were "hidden" by the "god of this world" 2Cor.4:4, who is the "the great dragon, the old serpent, the Devil also called Satan" Rev.12:9.

The world's religions and governments know only the "god of this world," because God our Creator, Jesus our Christ Eph.3:9 has "hidden" Himself to "alienate" human and angelkinds from Him Col.1:21, in this age to reveal Himself in the "ages to come" Eph.2:7.

This is why Tom asks the "world," as Elijah did to "choose" between God or His Anti-god. Nobody can serve "serve two masters" Mat.6:24, Christ our Creator and the "god of this world" Satan, the Devil, because "Christ   IS   the truth" Jn.14:6, the Anti-god "has   NO   truth in him" Jn.8:44!

To maintain   PEACE   between the two   OPPOSING   Gods, and their governments, Tom is asking the believers and followers of God, to "come out" Rev.18:4 from the Anti-god's, religions, laws and governments / kingdoms, because God made a way for us to escape according to ICor.10:13.

God has shown Tom Demeter through others how to   "come out"   of this world Rev.18:4, legally, not to receive the   "plagues"   of God, and to "enter into" God's Kingdom of Heaven Mat.6:33 to be protected and saved either into the millennial reign of Christ, or to be in the resurrection ICor.15:52 to eternal life at His second coming IThes.4:17.

Tom Demeter is therefore an   Ambassador   of God's 2Cor.5:18 "highest" kingdom among God's three kingdoms on the face of the earth. These are: # 1 - God's "lowest" Kingdom to Israel for carnal people, based on the   "law of flesh"   Rom. 7:23, 25 and its Old Testament religion, and # 2 - the "higher" kingdom of the Twelve Apostles, the Kingdom of Heaven, based on the   "laws of faith"   Rom. 3:27, and its religion of the Four Gospels of the New Testament, and # 3 - God's "highest" Kingdom of the Godhead, based on the   "laws of the spirit"   Rom.8:2 given to Apostle Paul, and its religion the "mystery of God" Eph.3:3.

Tom Demeter's function is to eliminate   "confusion"   Dan.9:7,8 which humanity and the angelkind Eph.3:9 were subjected,   "alienating"   both of God's creations from Him Eph.4:18; Col.1:21, that our Father in heaven may through the sacrifice of our Creator Eph.3:9    "reconciliate"   humanity and the angels 2Cor.5:18 to Him by the sacrifice of Christ if we accept it.

Therefore, Tom Demeter as God's "highest" Kingdom's Ambassador is not under the "lowest" codes of the Anti-god, or the "higher" laws of man the Constitution in the "united States of America," and is not under God's "lower" laws, the "laws of flesh" or the "laws of faith," because he must obey a much stricter, "higher" laws of God. This makes Tom also God's "judge" Mat.16:19, as a "minister of God," for we humans will JUDGE angels ICor.6:3.

Tom makes a   "covenant of peace"   Dan.11:28,30 with the Anti-god's government, to allow God's "MIDNIGHT CRY" to be given Mat.25:6 that those who are "called" in this age, may "come out" of this world Rev.18:4 and be saved. God's JUDGMENT for braking His "laws" IJn.3:4 is "death" Rom.6:23!

# 2  Tom  Demeter  lives  in  the   Constitutional  Republic   and  protected   FROM   the  government  by the   CONSTITUTION,   the  "LAW of the Land."  All "Police" and government officers are sworn to uphold and support the U.S. Constitution, which secures the "right" to Life, Freedom (Free Passage"), and property (pursuit of happiness) free from infringement by government unless there is a contract in commerce ("License") in existence and the licensed privilege is being enjoyed at that moment in time, creating the necessity of that license. When there is a   conflict   between the Constitution and the code, the Constitution always wins. US Constitution Article 1, Section 9. "No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed."

Those who are "enfranchised," by agreements and contracts, evidenced by their Social Security Number, Drivers License, Car Registration and Insurance, and by using private   "credit"   for   "money"   or "negotiable instruments," dollars have no such protection, unless they   "come out"   of this world's system.

# 3  Tom  Demeter  is  protected  by the   CODE   to   "obey"   God's   "laws,"   without obeying the Anti-god's opposite "codes." The principle is that the "highest" law rules. God's law is "higher" than the Constitution, which is "higher" than the "code." The    "remedy"   in the Code is UCC 1-207 for those who are in the Constitutional Republic. The use of "without prejudice" UCC 1-207 in connection with my signature indicates that I have reserved my Common Law Right not to be compelled to perform under any contract that I did not enter into knowingly, voluntarily and intentionally. And furthermore I do not accept the liability associated with the compelled benefits of any "unrevealed" contract or commercial agreement.

# 4  To  avoid  God's   JUDGMENT   for  "Sin,"  the   "DEATH  penalty" Rom. 6:23 for the transgression of God's law IJn.3:4. God asks His creations angelkind and mankind, and its individual sinners, to "believe" in Christ Jn.3:16 and to "accept" His sacrifice, and to show it with a "wave offering." If this is not done, our Creator will "execute" judgment by using His invisible angels Mat.13:39. This is the function of Satan Jn.10:10.
