I  Tom Demeter,  a real human being and  Ambassador  of God's Highest Kingdom  on earth,  judge  that the allegations brought against  Tom Demeter  and  all  those who  "came out"  of  this world  Rev.18:4 in  California  and the  United States of America,  by the  Mayor of the City of Santa Maria,  Mr. Larry Lavagnino   and his assistant the  City Manger,  Mr. Tim Ness,  and his assistant  City Attorney  Gilbert A. Trujillo  and the  City Police   Chief  Danny R. Macagni,  is    WITHOUT   lawful foundation, and therefore it is  without merit,  and is  dismissed,  and discharged.

These    "sons' of God"   Rom.8:14 know that they must  "obey"  their  Creator   first   and always Ex.20:3,4.  It is self evident that to  "obey"  means to  "serve"   and that means to   "worship"   God our Creator Rom.6:16, by obeying His  "laws"  starting with the  ten commandments,  the   "laws of flesh"   Rom.7:25, and advance from there to the   "laws of faith"   Rom.3:27, and advance from there to the   "laws of the spirit"   Rom.8:2, to gain eternal life.

These   "sons' of God"   must know that   "God is love"   IJn.4:8, while the Anti-god is the   opposite to God,   therefore there is   "no truth in him"   Jn.8:44 and no love in him.   To love God is to  "obey"  His laws, to obey the Anti-god, one must  "disobey"  God.  This is why God gave us   LAWS,   and the Anti-god gave us his   CODES,   or  "lawlessness,"   instructions  in the absence of law, Jesus called   "iniquity"   Mat.7:23.  This is why  Christians can't serve two masters  Mat.6:24!

These   "sons of God"   forced  Tom Demeter  and all Christians to   "OBEY"   the  "codes,"   instead God's  "laws"  and   "SHUT   the   Kingdom of Heaven   from   ALL   Christians" Mat.23:13,  preventing  Christians and  Tom Demeter  to gain  eternal life!  This is sin, and sin is the transgression of law IJn.3:4.

These   "sons of God"  stole  God's personal and recorded  property,  assigned to  Tom Demeter,  to do his ambassadorial work.  These   "sons of God"   disobeyed the eighth command Ex.20:15, and  Sinned!

Their   JUDGMENT   was given 2000 years ago  Lk.19:27 by our Creator,  Jesus  our  Christ  Eph.3:9 and soon coming  King of kings  Zech.14:4.
