1- Why Worry About Incorporation
Incorporation is designed to use the un-Christian principle of “Limited Liability,”
that we would be prevented to "live by faith" Rom.1:17. Insurance
was invented to eliminate our faith. Incorporation is granted by the government
to give us protection (limited liability), in case of legal suits or acts,
for not being able to "pay off our debt." HJR 192
The incorporated entity (you and the church) gains perpetual existence,
tax and other "benefits" in exchange for being controlled, “regulated,”
(let the regulations be disclosed or undisclosed) by the government, after
the church “promises” to obey.
he church by its very nature can't have other gods (like the government
as its head), since it can't serve two masters Mat.6:24. In essence, incorporation
kicks Christ out as the head of the church and substitutes the “god
of this world” or Satan IICor.4:4.
2- Are We Fighting the Government?
No, we just exercise our God given rights and LIMIT the government to obey the constitution,
to separate God's church and the Anti-god's state, or givernment.
By holding on to our God given commitments, we demonstrate faith in God's protection.
We are also doing the government a favor by balancing it, so it wont corrupt
itself since absolute power corrupts absolutely! Without an independent
church, the checks and balances between "good and evil"
are destroyed, to give place to Satan's ONE WAY of ONLY EVIL, which destroys
any country.
3- What Happens if the Church Incorporates?
Christ divorces the church Ex.20:1-4 and the Adversary (creation) takes over. That denomination
becomes a man-made religion. This is what happened with the Jewish Old Testament Church, after Christianity was
formed by Jesus. In essence they worshipped the “creation,” not the Creator God Rom.1:21-25.
This was the very reason Jesus had to DIVORCE the Jews see Jer.3:8 in the Old Testament.
This is what happened in the time of Korah Num.16:20-35 and the exodus.
Samuel the priest and judge had the same rebellion against God, when they
wanted a king, ISam.8:6-7. Elijah had to make Israel choose between God
and Baal IKing.18:21-36-39 to make them realize that they can't serve
two Gods.
Christians are being deceived through “incorporation” into making
the same mistakes as Israel and the Jews did, and will receive its same
consequences of death!
The Adversary to UNITE all the religions in his false churches, he first
must become their “god” which he is very actively pursuing and
promoting. This is the seed of the One World Universal Church of the anti-Christ
Rev.12:9.
If we don't UN-incorporate while there is time, God will allow our minds
to be “darkened” Rom.1:21-25, to believe the Adversary's lie.
We need to be sober, to be able to set priorities, to decide which fight
we are willing to engage in. Don't get involved with peripheral issues
because we are in a life and death struggle involving our
millennial life.
4- Should We Trust the Pastors?
The bible indicates that we will hate the experts, because we will recognize that
we have been deceived by them Zech.13:2 ,3-5. We have been promised
that God will reveal the truth and the errors Mt.10:26, so that we could
make a choice Deut.28. We are asked to exercise and live by our FAITH
Rom.1:17. We are warned that the “whole world” is DECEIVED Rev.12:9.
This means that our ministers were sold a bill of goods. We better examine
ourselves IICor.13:5, to determine if we are in Christ's faith
or religion, or our own. If we think we stand we better
take heed lest we fall! We were warned.
In the day of Noah, they were all convinced that they were right. In the
time of Lot, they knew they were right. During the Exodus they were right;
YET ONLY Joshua and Caleb “entered” the promise land Num.26:65.
5- Should We Worry About the Church?
The church itself has a bad record. In Acts 15 we see that the Adversary got the
best of them, by using James, Christ's very own brother (who was an Apostle,
as Judas was), to usurp authority over Peter, John and Paul. James “took
charge,” taking away the authority from Peter and John, who were
given the “keys” (the knowledge how to enter) the kingdom. James
allowed the “Judaizing Christians” to pervert the doctrines
of the New Testament Church.
Elijah's job was to make Israel CHOOSE between God and Baal! John the
Baptist function was Mat.3:1-12 to point out the DIVORCE of Israel Jer.3:8
and its false doctrines. John constantly warned against the Pharisees.
John prepared the people to get ready for the Messiah, or they would be
missing Him if they did NOT “repent” or change, believe him
(John) Lk.7:30.
Jesus warned against the Pharisees and their “leaven” or doctrines
Mt.16:11-12, and turned over the tables of the money changers (bankers),
who were participating in the Pharisees' system.
Jesus, our Creator Eph.3:3 knowing the function He gave to Satan, to deceive
the “whole world” Rev.12:9, foretold that Elijah shall first
come, and restore all things as John the Baptist Mat.17:11-12, at the
End of this Age.
Paul not only had to fight the Jews, but the “Judaizing Christians,”
who deceived in time the whole New Testament Church until today. God
had to fulfill His preordained plan to HIDE the
truth Mat.13:35 as a "mystery" until the very end
Rev.10:7. We are being deceived to incorporate. Incorporation is a new
ploy, but it will have the same terrible results as sin had before.
6- Why are We Commanded Now to “Come Out” of This System?
The answer is in Rev.18:4. If we want to avoid the "plagues" which
will be world wide, we better do it. This not only means spiritually,
but physically too. Remember Noah, Lot and Moses, they all “came
out” physically of their world!!
The Christians came out of Jerusalem physically in 70 AD and were “saved,”
while the Jews misinterpreted and missed the SIGNS, as John told themLk.7:30,
that they would and were destroyed. The Jews missed their Messiah and
the warning of how to “save themselves.”
We are not able to “come out” of this world, if we are deceived.
To recognize the deception, we MUST know the Mystery of God
given to Apostle Paul that we could compare truth with error Eph.3:3.
NOW, the question is HOW to “come out” if the whole world is
part of this system? You need to know and have the full reports we offer
in this letter.
7- What is the MYSTERY?
The Mystery of Apostle Paul is the “full” or more advanced gospel, which
was promised by Christ by sending the “holy spirit.” Acts.3:19,
revealing ALL the errors and the truth Mt.10:26. This new truth was given
to Apostle Paul Eph.3:3, who called it his “gospel” Rom.2:16,
to differentiate it from the gospel Jesus gave to His 12 original Apostles
first.
This is why Peter said we need to “GROW in grace and knowledge”
of Paul's gospel!! We need to grow from the Old Testament, and its elementary
physical "laws of flesh" Rom.7:22 to the New Testament, and
its "laws of faith" Rom.3:27 and from there to the Mystery of
God, or to Paul's Gospel, based on the "laws of the spirit"
Rom.8:2.
Apostle John said later that love is “sacrificial.” We need
to sacrifice if needed until death, for our friends Jn.15:13.
Christ defined His relatives as those who believed in Him. God's system,
slavation is based on LAW, SIN, SACRIFICE and DEATH, not
taught in the churches!! They nailed sin to the cross, and denie death
by sending people to heaven right after death, without waiting for the
resurrection, when Apostle John and all the others clearly state that
ONLY Jesus was resurrected Jn.3:13. The rest wait in the grave.
In the MYSTERY doctrine we find that God loves ALL: angels (good and evil),
humans (good and evil) and WILL draw to Himself through Christ, and the
willing and loving human beings who know the Mystery Eph.1:9-10,
all His creation. You must read the reports I am offering in this letter.
8- What Will I Do?
I have a program which is very easy to follow. Using the Internet, you might not
need to see people. I am aiming to reach people more than one person at
a time, because of the URGENCY of our time. I know that sharing the written
material, person to person is the most effective.
a. You will help reaching the churches with information
of the danger of incorporation. You are protecting their blind side.
b.
You will show the individual members of the churches WHY they must
“come out” of this system as we were commanded Rev.18:4, in
the next three years to be protected by God!!!! I
am noticing you in 2003.
c. You will show yourself and others on the net the “Mystery
of God” to understand the theology, and to be able to answer
the questions, even which the ministers could not, because it was hidden
until now Rev.10:7.
d. You will be showing God's new and complete system
of how to finish our mission, and how to earn and supplement your income,
to work full time for God. With God “all things are possible”
therefore YOU can do “all things though Christ who strengthen you.”
e. You will teach people how they can live now when
we officially and legally can't “buy and sell” Rev.13:17. See
House Joint Resolution 192.
God's system is simple and easy, but it is difficult to accept, because
you need to "humble yourself" to accept that God ordained your
deception, as He did Adam's!! You need to "forgive God" and
be "reconciliated" to Him IICor.5:17-18. You need to act immediately
because this work is URGENT, because all Christians need
to be WARNED, or they will die without knowing the Mystery
of God!!!
The truth give you freedom and security when you will need
it the most. Help is available if you need it. I will teach you how to
have others want to help you and accomplish our mission by SAVING their
own life and hopefully their families, if they believe.
9- I am Not an Expert, I have no Time!
You need to “make time” or God will take your time. When Jesus
called His disciples, He said “let the dead bury the dead.”
If you do what is right, you will “save” yourself and your relatives
IF they listen to you. God's salvation is an individual salvation - not
as it was Israel's exodus from Egypt.
Jesus is talking to us NOW as He did back then, but now He is taking to
us through a another person, or an article, etc. As a boy I saw the Jews
and others warned before World War II in Europe. Some listened and escaped,
others could not believe the evil coming and had to suffer the loss of
all property, health and their own life.
Remember that we look forward to cataclysmic times, what the world has
never seen. It is your opportunity and responsibility to make the right
decisions and help others to escape.
10- What can I Do?
Listen to the “spirit” of Elijah, John the Baptist and Apostle Paul. If
you do you will help to promote “The Midnight Cry” of Christ's
coming, as a SPONSOR, DONOR or SUBSCRIBER while you are
learning the issues and deciding to become an active promoter or ASSOCIATE
/ TEACHER of Apostle Paul's gospel Rom.2:16.
The books and manuals will help you accomplish the desire of God for you.
You will teach people in detail how to “come out” of this system
religiously, legally and financially. You need to be FREE to do
this URGENT Work of God Acts.13:41. If you care to notice we have
only three and a half years, from the time the Two Witnesses arrive, to accomplish
warning the whole world.
11- Why be a Sponsor?
We are starting his ministry, building this work on faith, meaning we have no backers
or money behind us. We are looking to God , and through Him to Y-O-U
for our daily bread.
We all need Apostle Paul's revelations and his gospel Rom.2:16 called
“the Ministry of Reconciliation” IICor.5:18. We need to recognize
our deception Rev.12:9! Without the Mystery we can't do it!
Paul's gospel is also essential to be in the resurrection,
since we are being JUDGED by it Rom.2:16, and not the gospel we are taught
in the churches. Following Paul's NEW RELIGION qualify us to be “made
perfect” in love Mat.5:48; Phil.3:15, IJn.4:17!!
Without Paul's gospel we CAN't be sure of our resurrection. Paul's gospel
is the most advanced and POSITIVE gospel, allowing us to see God as Omnipotent.
We see that His love covers ALL sin Prov.10:12. By understanding God's
full gospel and salvation, not like the one taught in the churches, we
can recognize God not as a monster, but as our Father.
God's Mystery was HIDDEN until now Mat.10:7 and you are
it's recipient. Those who find this message will be SAVED and greatly
rewarded.
This is a difficult but glorious work. The message is for the world. We
have less time than Noah to built the ark. God is waiting on you, to do
His work, warning the people. God will only wait on you to a point. If
you do not respond, He will call another.
Will you accept and act on God's call, or will you reject it?
It is your opportunity to help others, by asking them as Elijah did, to
CHOOSE between God and the Anti-god. How can people choose
if you are not volunteer your LIFE as Elijah!
If you fail to respond, God will finish His WORK, but the life of those
who could have been saved, He will REQUIRE of you Ezek.33:4-7. If you
exercise FAITH the power given by the holy spirit, and help to warn at
least twelve people to respond, soon this message will be disseminated.
This is why we need you to notify others.
This is why you need my newsletters; the Bulletin, the News Flash
my book, and Manuals to grow, and be motivated to
reach others. If you are willing to accept the call, God will use you,
and will qualify you to be in the First and “better” Resurrection
at Christ's coming Heb.11:35. There is much to learn, and UN-learn. We
need to reach the “world” to come out of deception. I need your
help to do God's work, like Jesus and Paul needed their helpers.
You are “God's work,” and we need to do “our work.”
Why don't you show your appreciation to God, by loving your fellow man
by involving your self in God's work with me.
We can't love God whom we can't see, if we don't love our fellow brothers
whom we can see IJn.4:20. Christians are now being PERSECUTED, unless
they learn how to live in peace within the Anti-god's system.
If you don't show them “God's way” Christians can't live now,
unless they become “idolaters” which will be punished with DEATH
Rom.6:23. Nobody wants to hear bad news. You must tell the bad news, of
their deception, and than the GOOD NEWS, that they can “come out”
of this system rev.18:4. God made a way for them to escape ICor.10:13.
Jesus gave us the most positive news, so let us publish it to the world.
12- Am I Limited to Warn my Family and Friends?
No, God's new system using the Internet can help people half way around the earth.
You can join our "work" Acts.13:41 to be very affective. The more people you reach the
sooner we accomplish the work we are given.
13- Can I Do this from Home?
Yes! You might need to start part time. You need to help at least twelve people
personally, by using our "honor program." I will show
you how you can live better than you are doing now. You will enjoy helping
others, because you know you are saving them from the painful death coming.
They will appreciate your sacrifice not only now, but the future “dispensations”
or AGES of God.
14- Why can't I Do this Business Alone?
If you love your life, this is the only way to save it. This is why YOU will
need to learn the truth, and need to learn the law, and that takes time
and effort to organize the whole approach. By putting your effort together
with ours, the results will be greate

MIDNIGHT CRY which has a short duration.

15- Will my Participation Change my Life?
Yes, we certainly hope so. You will have a new status legally, financially and religiously,
after you have followed our direction. You will be freer and probably
have more spendable credit. You must make some sacrifices, but hopefully
these will make you more free and more spiritually mature. There are MANY
other benefits as well.
16- How will I Use God's Power?
God's greatest miracle power is His inclusive SALVATION, Rom.1:16, compared
to the Anti-god's exclusive salvation where only the “righteous”
is saved. We were given authority to bind spirit beings to let humans
be natural, and rational, that they could see the truth, apply their faith
to accept it to be “born again,” and than can we help them grow
and be made perfect in love.
17- How can I Support the Ministry?
We need to apply faith and sacrifice as Jesus did. The beginning is the most difficult,
but God is a rewarder of those who seek Him Heb.11:6. We must seek the
Kingdom of God FIRST and all things shall be added to us Lk.12:31. To
“live by faith” is not comfortable for we can't see the evidence
Heb.11:1. Yet, according to our faith will be given unto us Mt.9:29. Without
faith it is impossible to please God Heb.11:6.
18- I am not a Businessman
I have little faith. Faith comes by hearing the word of God Rom.10:7. Concentrate, recite
the positive scriptures and step out. Do something to learn to “live
by faith” Heb.10:38. It is easier now than it will be later
.
19- Do We Make any Guarantees?
We are human (temporary) and imperfect, because of this we can't guarantee anything.
We are instructed that “a man void of understanding strikes hands,
and becomes surety (like to the National Debt) in the presence
of his friend” Prov.17:18. We have to live by faith Rom.1:17. However,
we can count on God's promises, and you can look those up. You will find
that in the New Testament your blessings are “spiritual” not
physical Jn.6:63. The prosperity and faith churches do not understand
the New Testament. Only in the Mystery administration of Paul, you combine
the spiritual and physical blessings, to your advantage.
20- How Do I Work the Ministry Daily?
In the materials which we have, you will learn how to organize your time, and suggestions
given of how to become successful. This system will help you to achieve
your goals. Remember it is God who “calls.” It is up to the
individual to be “chosen” by willing to believe and step out
on faith. We never push or force anyone: this is a totally voluntary endeavor.
21- Whom do I Reach?
Christ said the gospel is preached to the POOR. Why? Because most of the rich have
a mission, they set goals and live in their “own world.” They
are now looking for answers too. We are looking for the middle class and
the poor. They are under enormous pressure and willing to listen.
A small donation of $50-$60 is not much, but we are able to accomplish
a tremendous amount with it.
22- Do We Notice the Churches?
We do. We go to them about the incorporation issue. The ministers have to be notified
about the danger coming upon them. The congregation will hear from them
about this very important matter. The problem is that they get paid by
the incorporated church and they have a “vested interest” not
to upset the system. Besides the ministers have to field so many problems
coming at them from all sides, that they are not very receptive to take
on another fight.
23- How does this Ministry Benefit the Local Church?
When a Christian grows, it benefits all who are in association with him. He makes wiser
decisions, has better priorities and, has more power to accomplish good.
The church as a body always needs leaders with the right qualifications.
The ministers need support and help, not to mention balance, like the
government.
24- Can I Sign Up Groups of People?
The answer is yes, but we prefer individual attention, not mass production, as is
the way of this world. It is very difficult to supervise intimately more
than twelve (12) people. The system is designed so that twelve are the
optimum figure. If you have more energy, help your twelve to help their
twelve. The greatest glory comes from God and your family.
25- How does this Ministry Compare with Others?
We need all the ministries, as the body needs all its members. This ministry is given
a little more attention, because it is new. God is setting priorities
by emphasizing this ministry and showing us that we are getting
into a NEW phase of Christianity. As in the family , the MAN or
father is the head , then comes the wife or mother, then the children
in a particular order. God is not the author of confusion but order ICor.14:33.
When there is a fire, we are forced to prioritize. We select the most
important things to save. We take first our loved ones than the things
which are important.
26- Why should I Believe You?
Good question. If the material does not make sense to you, you need not worry. The beauty
of God's plan is that He loves ALL His creations. God has determined when
we will be called for our good:“for by grace are ye saved through
faith: and that not of yourself: it is the gift of God: Not of works,
lest any man should boast” Eph.2:8-9. We are told that “He has
chosen US before the foundations of the world” Eph.1:4.
We are ALL assured salvation in Paul's gospel, God's Mystery:
“God purposed in Himself: that in the dispensations of the fullness
of time (eon). He might gather together in ONE “ALL” things
in Christ, both which are in heaven (angels and demons),
and which are on earth (men both good and evil);” Eph.1:9.
Why am I saying this? so that you may see God's goodness, “for it
is the goodness of God which leads us to repentance (or conversion)”
Rom.2:4. On the other had, if you reject Christ and the Mystery, Christ
will have to reject you IITim.2:12, in this dispensation.
God's spirit will confirm this to you. If any man will do His will, he
shall know the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself
Jn.7:17.
27- Are We Alarmist?
Yes, we are! If people do not believe the truth, it is still the truth. We do not force
any one as Noah, Lot or Moses did not force people. We have no time to
waste with useless arguments to defend God. God needs not to be defended.
The majority, is not called now therefore they can't, and will not listen.
28- Why don't We Advertise?
This is an advertisement, and the most expensive and most cost effective way of reaching
others at this time. Nothing is as powerful as when a friend comes to
you whom you trust and tells you, you should see, have or accept something.
We believe and trust someone whom we know and have tested. When we have
money, we might advertise: but now it is out of the question. God is still
HIDING the truth as a MYSTERY from the MANY, and gives it to the FEW.
This way God will bring the wisdom of the world to nothing. We ALL must
learn that we must trust God. Our Father loves us, and demonstrated His
love by His sacrifice of His son for us. This is why Jesus was slain before
the foundation of the world Rev.13:8b!
29- Are there Any Contracts?
We are commanded to “live by faith,” therefore we only have
“ pledges,”
an intent that one wants to fulfill by all means possible. This is not
a cop-out or weakness but acknowledgment that God is in total control.
We hope that the love which works in every one of us, makes us understand
that to “love is a sacrifice.” We need to give to God, even
if it hurts Jn.15:13.
30- What if Somebody Wants to Quit?
If they wish to quit, drop out for any reason, it is their privilege. We will not force
anyone. That person however will lose his/her reward and it will be given
to one who is next in line. When the tests came people left Christ and
Paul; some will leave us too.
31- What Other Services Will You Offer?
We will have many other services and these will be as voluntary as this function. Some
services will be continuous, while others will be special. We have in
mind: some new technologies, like electricity, medical breakthroughs,
to help your Ministry.
32- What do You Need from Me?
First we covet your prayers. Then I ask you to be a FOUNDING SPONSOR

33- What about Training?
It is important that we all study to help others when we are asked about the ` we have
been given. Study the manuals to be effective in the work we have been

as his income increases. We will have training as things get underway.
34- What do I Get for My Donation?
When you decide to get involved we give you everything you need to know to succeed
in getting this message out to warn the world.
We have many reports for you to understand these three burning issues, which
are facing us with life changing decisions. When we are talking about being
unaware we truly mean it. You will see that we have all fallen asleep.

explains in detail why incorporation is most dangerous for the church, it
is not needed and we should not have it. You can use it to give it to pastors.

we ourselves will need to get rid of this bondage for the same reasons as
the church.
2. My Book “the Midnight Cry, Christ's Second Coming,
The End of this Age. The Mystery of Apostle Paul, and how it Applies to Us.
We all, including our ministers, erroneously feel that we are safe and our
resurrection is assured with Christ. Paul had some very important revelations
which put new light on old truth, and without it you can MISS the resurrection.
You will also learn the great love of God, that we might understand why
we have to suffer and die. God's plan of salvation will come into focus
as never was revealed in the partial gospels before.
You will receive a new perspective about God, the Adversary and men. You
will have answers to the most complex theological questions we could not
solve before.
3. The MANUAL “Redemption in Law,” How to “Come
out” of this Babylonian System.
Most people are totally unaware of how we were switched from a Constitutional
Republic to a Legislative Democracy. They do not understand why the government
has power to force us to obey all its regulations as it would be the law
of the land.
Most people do not realize they are “foreign aliens” on their
own land, because they are personally incorporated or enfranchised. They
don't realize how much freedom they have lost and are losing daily. You
need to “come out” of this system Rev.18:4, to really know how
deceived you are. While you are in the world, your SIN blinds you,
to your deception. This is why to “come out” is so important.
The “Redemption in Law” report is a basis
for your study to establish your new status legally, and financially to
come out of this system as commanded Rev.18:4.
These reports are invaluable because they prepare you for the soon coming
difficulties. This is needed for the preparation when God will move to
accomplish what He has set out to do in a painful way.
Remember, Noah was given very SPECIFIC technical instructions to escape
by building the ark. It took years to make the ark. His “work”
was a “testimony” to the world. Lot was given information and
nstructions what to do. The Israelites were also given very specific
instructions. God did NOT give all the instructions all at once. God's
followers had to wait, use their FAITH, believing God. This is why Moses
was not given all the instructions what would happen up until it was time
to reveal them. (Faith is the key element being a Christian.)
We need to be willing to “come out” or we, as
Israel in John the Baptist's day, will not recognize the true Messiah
and will accept the “LIE” and the Anti-christ. This would be
a great tragedy. Christ warned, “straight is the gate, and narrow
the way which leadeth onto life and FEW there be that find it” Mt.7:14.
We, as God's people throughout history, must walk as God open our minds.
We individually must see what to do, and exercise faith to follow God's
servants to follow God. The instructions are simple, clear and easy to
follow, also it takes effort because decisions have to be made.

To be saved and be in the Resurrection you need FAITH
to ACT on it also.
Your faith must grow, allowing you to stand during the trials. Exercise
your faith, and you will be in the resurrection!
What you have now is “partial” knowledge, not enough for the
“end times.” This is why God has revealed the mystery. The truth
shall make you FREE of fear, making you “perfect in love,” which
qualifies you to be resurrected, to rule and be with Christ for a thousand
years, and ever after.
